The Standard

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect — contact us at hello@iwill.world within 48 hours of receipt. We will make it right. No questions. No runaround.

Presale Orders

Cancellations are accepted within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days your order enters fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.

Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase required.

To start a return contact us at hello@iwill.world. Once your return is accepted we will send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of approval. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval contact us at hello@iwill.world.

Exchanges

Return the item once accepted and place a new order for the replacement.

Engraved and Personalized Items

Items with custom engraving or personalization cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
